I worked with Barry for several years as a customer of Experis/Manpower. Barry was our onsite manager and my first point of contact for all issues related to our engagement with Experis in sourcing SW Engineering labor. I always found Barry to be very accessible, very flexible, focused on providing great customer service and ensuring that our needs were being met. Barry understood our challenges and priorities and was thus able to quickly react to any changing needs or issues that appeared. I appreciated that Barry's primary focus was on providing the best support possible given our current requirements and did not spend a lot of time in sales mode which often occurs with contract labor firms. I enjoyed working with Barry and would certainly recommend him for similar engineering management and customer relationship based roles.

Barry is a great manager. He kept my contract in place throughout many economic fluctuations. Over the 14 years I worked for Barry he found a way to always be candid and straightforward as we navigated the complexities of the R&D work and customer relationship. He trusted me and gave me room to use my own judgement. His communication with the customer and feedback to me was always excellent. He made sure that my successes were recognized.

I worked with Barry Human for a number of years while I was a Project Manager in the Supplies organization at HP. We had a number of contingent workforce that were all managed by Barry. A huge benefit was I simply made a request to Barry outlining the skillset we were looking for and within a short amount of time, he had a person on board and ready to go. Barry did all of the onboarding for these folks, including securing HP equipment as required, securing computer accounts and arranging access to the site. He was proactive in helping train the new person and did frequent check-ins to ensure the person was meeting the expectations of the job. He was very visible and had a pulse on how his employees were performing. What I appreciated most about Barry is he wanted his contingent workers to be successful in their roles, in addition to ensuring that HP was successful. I hope I get the opportunity to work with Barry again.
