Customer Success Engineer

Apr 2016 - Sep 2016
As a Customer Success Engineer, I ensure the best customer experience through superb data quality. Worked with a particularly hesitant agency, whose staff wasn’t convinced of the value our product provided. I worked closely with that customer over a month’s time to understand their needs, and was able to pull from my shared technical background with the group to showcase the benefits brought by Remix. Lead meetings with customers to explain technical issues and improve customer understanding of the product. Write Python, SQL and shell scripts to add functionality for customers and automate manual tasks. Provide data expertise to team members and customers. Diagnose and fix complex General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) problems. Inventory and track the accuracy and vintage of GTFS for over 100 transit agencies. Work closely with the product team to communicate customer needs. Show less
