Additionally, I addressed issues related to choppy drone movement to ensure a smoother user experience. Integration for Customer Support: I integrated the Service Portal with Jira Issue Collector, streamlining the issue reporting and resolution process. This integration significantly improved the efficiency of customer support and issue management. Resource Utilization Dashboard: I played a pivotal role in developing a Resources Utilization Dashboard with complete Back-End integration. This dashboard provided our customers with comprehensive insights into resource management, enabling them to make more informed decisions. Bug Fixes and Enhancements: I was responsible for identifying and addressing various bugs within the SkyDeck platform. My efforts resulted in a more stable and user-friendly product, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
