Charles Mclaren
I first worked for Marco as a weights engineer on the A400M for Denel Saab in Johannesburg. Soon after starting work for RDS in London I was asked to recommend someone to work with me on Weight Control. The person that I chose was Marco. Marco has been in weight control long enough, and in enough senior roles, to know the job inside out but what sets him apart is his professionalism and dedication to the job. There was never any question of whether Marco would put the hard hours in to ensure that we met our deadlines and long hours were required on a regular basis in that particular job. Fair enough, he is a contractor paid by the hour but I certainly felt that it was his sense of duty and dedication rather than the money which motivated him. Marco had not worked in the Oil and Gas industry when I recommended him to RDS but I knew that what he didn't know he would learn. Versatility is about an ability and willingness to learn new skills and Marco has that. I recommended Marco before and I would do so again.
