  - As a UI/UX designer, I had responsibility to make design the system to manage the employees data in Universitas Islam Indonesia. - Before designing the system, I would analyze the problem which is faced by stakeholder who manage the employees data. In analyzing the problem, I collaborated with Product Owner (PO) and stakeholder to collect the employees data and to understand the problem and the flow of business process so I could consider the kind of design and problem solving which I could give to stakeholder. - Creating a journey map and describing the user persona for the design product. - Creating user flows, the wireframe, high fidelity, and prototype the product design. - I did usability testing for the system which has released so we would know how much easy the system is used by users. The result of usability testing will be processed and analyzed to get the weakness the system so we could improve the system in next development. - Creating the manual user and the tutorial videos for guidelines in using the system has been developed. - I handed over the design system which has been validated by stakeholder to developer team. - I did UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before launching the system to make sure that the system which has been developed clean from bug or error.
