I have had the good fortune to work with many of the most talented software engineers during my career, and Paul is right up there with the very best. He has a deep and intuitive understanding of communications platforms. His talents encompass the latest technical domains ….Digital transformation… AI … IoT…. Blockchain … agile working …. and no doubt whatever is next. Paul is probably above all a problem solver. He brings real vision into what he does, finding unique solutions to seemingly insurmountable technical issues.. He brings imagination and energy to every challenge, addressing them with enthusiasm and sustaining his own learning at all levels. However, like all great CTOs he also manages to combine a C level perspective together with organisational skills. He has a keen focus on client service excellence and is never happier than when engaging directly at the sharp end with customers. I recommend Paul most highly.

Paul is not only very knowledgable about anything to do with communications-technology (systems, programming, hardware and business solutions), but he is also highly enterprising, creative whilst possessing excellent communication and organisational skills. His attention to detail whilst seeing the bigger picture make Paul an ideal partner when delivering a project on-time and within budget.

Meta really does matter, and my role at MIT is to ensure that we continue our agile development processes to stay at the bleeding-edge of emerging… Show more As CTO for MIT Dynamic I've watched business move from analog to digital and then to IP communications.
