Had the pleasure of working with Jiaying closely during her time at Creator Now. She served as our in-house Product Designer, and led design on many of the projects that have proved critical to the success of our platform. She's got a pixel-perfect eye, an obsession with improvement, and is incredibly open to team feedback on projects. Her passion and enthusiasm for design is unmatched, and I look forward to seeing where her career takes her.

As an instructor for the Graphic Design Department at ArtCenter College of Design, in Pasadena, CA, I have had the pleasure of having Jiaying Wang as a student in Typography 2 and as a Teacher's Assistant in Typography 1 throughout her time at ArtCenter. In Typography 2, Jiaying exhibited enthusiasm and willingness to learn, challenge, and push herself. She was proactive in doing more than required and provided solid work. Her attention to detail and keen observation is incomparable. As a Teacher's Assistant, I cannot speak highly enough of her competence. She initiated tasks on her own, always seemed to know what I needed before I did, and was proactive in getting things done for me, the class, and the students. Jiaying was always on top of everything, providing students with guidance, summarizing my lectures, and providing the information to the students immediately after class. Jiaying initiated all of this on her own without having to be asked. If you are looking for an intern who is smart, sharp, focused, energetic, driven, self-motivated, independent yet a team player, do not look any further than Jiaying. She is an excellent designer, who is fast, and independently knows what she needs to do without constant guidance. If she is unclear, she asks the right questions to clarify the project needs. Most importantly, she is a strong catalyst for creativity within a team and any studio due to her attitude, character, and energy. As a former designer for Nokia Design and Global Sourcing Designer for Vertu, I have had to work with many designers globally from different backgrounds. With Jiaying, I see the attributes of her leadership and design abilities, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for an internship position in an agency, corporate in-house studio, and design studio with full confidence. Sincerely, Scarlit Bloome
