Senior HR Generalist ❖ Responsible for HR activities for over 1100 contract employees in 6 locations throughout Europe and the UK. ❖ First point of contact for all HR queries, for both client management and employees.❖ Full involvement in investigation and disciplinary matters, including preparation and follow up of HR related documentation in line with company HR disciplinary procedures.❖ Monitor overall performance and attendance of employees. ❖ Liaise with employees during long term absence from work.❖ Set up company doctor appointments as required for each employee❖ Liaise when necessary with medical providers on any individuals case ❖ Mediation in resolving staff conflicts and other issues.❖ Responsible for implementation of HR procedures and policies.❖ Providing advice to management on good HR practices.❖ Full involvement in employee grievance procedures.❖ Monitor maternity, parental, paternal, carers and unpaid leave for all employees.❖ Liaise with employees regarding accidents at work.❖ Liaise with recruitment, training and payroll departments on a regular basis.❖ Ensure internal HR system is updated in line with procedures, carryout regular internal audits to ensure compliance for external audits and rectify any deviation.❖ Responsible for the distribution of contracts to our client airlines ‘Lear Jet Pilots’. Including draft each individual contract as required❖ Ensure that each pilot new starter is correctly set up and added to our system ❖ Full involvement in any pilot queries or disciplinary issues ❖ Ensure that resignations of all employees are correctly ended on systems. ❖ Additional administration responsibility providing domestic vs international tax statements for employees. ❖ Dealing with all additional ad-hoc HR related activity as required.❖ Ad-hoc involvement in the recruitment and selection process.
