Our church hired Kevin to help us with the visioning and discernment of what type of building we needed for our ministries in Boulder City. He led us through a series of workshops to help us discuss and determine what we needed and then merge that with what we could afford. The master plan that was developed with his leadership is going to be vital as we move into our next phase to raise capital to make the master plan a reality. He was wonderful to work with and a true professional.

I've worked closely with Kevin on many projects with several different companies over the past decade or so. He's always been the consummate professional - well organized, prepared, courteous, and on top of his game. His depth and breadth of knowledge is impressive.

In 2012, a friend of mine recommended Kevin S Gouveia and The IDM Group to help me work through some challenges I was facing. Kevin helped me to put all my personal and business goals, dreams, desires and problems things into perspective and to look at my challenges in new and fresh ways. His coaching was quick and to the point and HE EVEN GAVE ME HOMEWORK! Well as I did my assignments and then reviewed them with him ... the answers just seem to come to me as I realized that Kevin genuinely cared about me and my success. Now, I've found my new direction and can deal with those seemingly overwhelming issues much easier. I've learned to INVEST in myself in a different way and Kevin showed me how to DESIGN my life around what I'm most passionate about ... and now ... I'm making it happen. Thanks a bunch Koach Kevin! :) "
