Sandy Johnson
Our church hired Kevin to help us with the visioning and discernment of what type of building we needed for our ministries in Boulder City. He led us through a series of workshops to help us discuss and determine what we needed and then merge that with what we could afford. The master plan that was developed with his leadership is going to be vital as we move into our next phase to raise capital to make the master plan a reality. Kevin re-organized all Capital Improvement Projects for the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino that culminated into a new $150M Master Plan during which the Hotel experienced a major fire that closed the hotel. Within 3 weeks the team had renovated 1400 rooms allowing the Hotel to reopen. The Hotel renovation required the complete redesign & renovation of all Guest rooms, Penthouse suites and ...
