Jane is a dedicated, professional and hard working person. I have worked with her in many capacities and can't say enough good and positive things about her. She responds timely to any question or concern. She provides updates and detailed information. She goes above and beyond on every project she works on. But most importantly she is a warm and caring individual and a joy to work with.

I've worked with Jane He since 2006, when I hired her as Director of Development at the Volunteer Center of Bergen County. Jane did an outstanding job of building the donor base, planning and executing myriad special event, and generating good will and good friends among our donors as well as corporate and nonprofit partners. I can't recommend her more highly. Her team-building and communication skills of every sort at every level are truly exemplary. I'm retired now, but if I were to need to hire an executive level leader, Jane would be first on my list.
