I had the privilege of working with Aaron for almost 4 years at Quorum. To say he made a huge impact on the company would be an understatement--I've heard Aaron referred to as a 50X engineer by his peers. He helped lead the engineering organization at Quorum as we went from being a nascent company to a leader in our category. What is truly impressive about Aaron is that he is remarkably capable--and interested in--in many aspects of building a company. He contributed in things as wide ranging as product and business strategy to new manager onboarding and training. Aaron took a company-wide and market-wide view and was universally considered a company-wide leader. I have no doubt that Aaron will become a CTO (if not a CEO) in the near future.
