The MAOL is a distinctive graduate program for leaders who seek to think critically, manage skillfully, act ethically, and lead courageously within a global context.As a graduate assistant, I helped facilitate students’ academic success through the detailed management and administration of syllabi, assignment descriptions, rubrics, and course websites for multiple MAOL courses. I assisted with academic scholarship, including literature review and qualitative data analysis, that focused on intercultural fluency and learning pathways to increase equity. Annunciation House accompanies the migrant, homeless, and economically vulnerable peoples of the border region through hospitality, advocacy, and education.
