Marissa Trevisan
I had the pleasure of working with Robert for over a year at Building Impact. He played an integral role on our entrepreneurial team, as a strategic thinker and as a leader, overseeing the organization's engagement with 100+ nonprofit partners. During Robert's tenure, Building Impact grew leaps and bounds, and Robert helped drive the change we needed to ensure successful growth and increased impact for partners in the community. Robert is extremely reliable, driven and team-oriented. He is a strong communicator and a natural relationship builder, and it is readily apparent that he genuinely enjoys cultivating relationships. Robert would be an asset to any organization.

I had the pleasure of working Robert for several years, collaborating on several projects. I was particularly impressed by Robert's ability to handle high profile projects consulting with institutions like MIT's EMBA Program to facilitate and manage a week of pro-bono consulting, year after year. Robert was an amazing external representation of the nonprofit with his charisma and articulate speaking abilities. One thing that stood out about Robert was his confident leadership, demonstrated when facilitating and leading sessions with executive EMBA students while ensuring the quality of the program. Additionally, as our Director of Nonprofit Programs, he managed and seamlessly organized over 100 events and corporate days of service, improving on the current and past nonprofit relationships Building Impact managed. Robert is both diligent and personable – two qualities that define him. I miss working with someone who always maintains such a cool composure even under times of relative stress - any nonprofit/company would be lucky to have Robert as part of their team.
