Hillary joined the group here at SFARMLS in January of 2015 and almost immediately became an indispensable member of the team. Friendly and principled, she tackles tasks with great discipline and works toward the goals of the team. She is a keen learner and possesses excellent depth of knowledge about the real estate business practices, and is learning the MLS and Association industry.

    • MLS Operations Manager

I manage the day-to-day operations of a small and busy team assisting all 4,600 San Francisco REALTOR members with the MLS and our other member benefits, including (but not limited to): all other Bay Area MLSs (Rapattoni, Matrix, and Black Knight technologies), CoreLogic Realist, RESAAS, CAR's ZipForms platform, RPR, FIND, 10k Infosparks, W&R Products (Cloud CMA, Cloud Streams, and Cloud MLX), Supra iBoxes, XpressKEYs and eKEY service, SupraWEB for agents, and SupraNET for association. I provide phone, email, and in-person support for the above products as well as managing MLS compliance. I use CoreLogic's Listing Data Checker to manage our MLS compliance and send daily notices to agents for courtesy and compliance purposes. I enjoy this facet of my job because I believe it is extremely important to keep our MLS database clean and accurate to maximize the value to our membership. I enjoy instructing courses for our Realtor community, both in the field at at our office. Courses I teach include: MLS Fundamentals (as a part of the monthly New Member Orientation), RealTimeMLS (our RESAAS platform for premarketing and social networking), Listing Management, Searching and Organizing, MLS Prospecting, and Reciprocal MLS Services. MLS Specialist: January 2015 - April 2017 Unlike many other MLS's, ours is owned by the local association, and we support around 4,600 REALTORS within San Francisco. As such, everyone at SFAR wears many hats and contributes to a multitude of business practices in the office. I provided phone, email, and in-person support with the MLS, neighboring MLSs, our other member benefits, and Supra equipment programming. I also co-managed courtesy & compliance, and began teaching classes both in our office and at local brokerages. Show less

    • Administrative Assistant
      • May 2012 - Oct 2014

I assisted a large, busy RE/MAX office servicing all of Whatcom County. I was the 'director of first impressions' and was responsible for administrative duties, answering phones, and data input for new listings, pending sales, etc. Additionally, I assisted with agent training materials, wrote office admin and I.T. guides for future employees, and assisted with assorted technological issues as well. I enjoyed the multi-tasking and the fast pace, as well as working closely with the agents. I assisted a large, busy RE/MAX office servicing all of Whatcom County. I spearheaded the transition from paper files to electronic documents, scanning, organizing, and sorting everything into an online database system. I helped organize and assist with interdepartmental meetings. This was my experience with office administration, and compliance-related office work in particular. I learned a lot that has carried over to subsequent positions from this role, and was happy to receive integrity and compliance training at CSU.
