As a senior manager, I managed the Vendor Onboarding of Entire Domestic Holiday Marketplace of Travel Triangle which is around 65% of the total vendor onboarding of Travel Triangle, Also managed the New Vendor productivity, growth, and success on Domestic Holiday Marketplace for assigned categories.Few highlights of my role are managing the supply for Domestic Holiday Marketplace at Travel Triangle. With the efforts of 2 months, we delivered the highest ever Onboarding i.e 180 Agents in Domestic Holiday Marketplace. As a part of the agent growth team, we delivered the highest ever agent success rate i.e 50% for the assigned Destinations. I managed to overdeliver with limited resources in my Team.
