Provided support for the marketing, planning, and execution of the primary Panhellenic recruitment over the summer. This position monitors Panhellenic recruitment registration, questions, grade checks, and payments. Tasks include verifying participants registration, recording payment, and do necessary grade checks before the beginning of the fall semester. The goal of this position is to give students valuable real-world experience in a work environment. I work with chapter recruitment chairs to plan and make changes to primary recruitment. I plan the Primary Recruitment process for the Panhellenic sororities on campus and manage the Panhellenic officers that make up the Recruitment Team. I hold meetings and trainings with the chapter recruitment chairs to prepare for primary recruitment, and have constant communication with other Panhellenic officers, FSCL staff, and chapters. I also make changes in the Panhellenic community through enforcing values based recruitment, which makes Panhellenic recruitment at Purdue a special process that encourages women to discover who they really are and meet women just like them.
