Advanced the solicitation, planning, execution, and management of a comprehensive $45 million program. Moved the Fund toward best in class among her peers measured by dollars, participation, and consistency in giving back. Key focus included reunion fundraising, a personalized strategy for leadership donors at $10k-$1million+, and young alumni at all giving levels. Reported to the Senior Vice President and member of the Senior Leadership team. Accomplishments: - Reimagined the Brown Annual Fund to bring funding opportunities in line with University and donor priorities resulting in a 16 percent increase in dollars that includes records in FY18 and FY19. Achieved more than 1,000 donors at the $10k+ level for the first time in University history. - Reorganized the 24-person Brown Annual Fund to maximize team performance and align priorities with staff roles. - Enacted strategic changes to better align donor behavior with desired outcomes including promoting multi-year commitments & multiple annual gifts, enhancing the volunteer profile, and increasing donor loyalty. Oversaw the launch of the new portal to maximize volunteer effectiveness and constituent confidentiality. - Created and led the Brown Annual Fund Executive Committee and staffed Corporation Member Brown Annual Fund Co-Chairs to bolster volunteer efficacy and stewardship of top volunteers. - Managed Corporation Giving outreach for the Brown Annual Fund to raise $8 million annually, comprising nearly 20 percent of the overall gifts to the Fund.
