      I run two different seasonal facilities for the Elkhart Parks Department. During the summer it is an outdoor water facility. During the winter I am in charge of the cities outdoor ice skating rink. My responsibilities at both locations include scheduling employees to work, payroll, and everyday facility needs. While we are open to the public I monitor the employees and am present if there are any problems with the patrons that are in attendance.
