Responsible and accountable for maintaining SIGINT system software that manages sensors on ISR platforms, including the U-2 and RQ4 Global Hawk. Provide high band and low band software support for AF DCGS operations, including CICS, RIM, CETS, MSCS, SEAM, and Crew Comm. Respond to ESD trouble tickets and provide updates to IMOC/CFP. Provide mission support by performing pre-mission (system reboots and ground rings), mission execution (sensor fault isolation, pilot and operator support.), and post-mission (log collection and SERENA debrief). Provide sustainment support during system upgrades and support post-upgrade efforts. Perform administration of Oracle Solaris 10, HBSS, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, Cisco network devices, Oracle Databases, Oracle VM server, and apache webservers. Write programs to complete system tasks autonomously by utilizing shell scripts, python, JavaScript, XML, and HTML when required.
