James has the ability to bring out the best in people and motivate them to perform to their full potential. Not only does James possess leadership qualities, his technical skills are just as impressive. Working with James, I was blown away by his broad knowledge and expertise of all aspects of networking. He has in-depth knowledge of architecting, managing, and troubleshooting routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing platforms. He has an extensive knowledge of various networking vendors open standard and proprietary protocols and technologies. He utilizes industry best practices and principles for optimal performance.
