She has spearheaded Elite's highly successful approach to shopping. The use of shoppers that reflect a school's demographic have provided great results...as many of our interview shoppers actually become interested in enrolling in the school they shop! How often do you get the opportunity to turn a necessary expense into revenue? Are you familiar with the saying? "It's not what you say but how you say it." Words only make up 7% of the information communicated in a conversation! The rest is body language, facial expressions and tone of voice etc. The professional quality equipment used in our interview mystery shopping with a hidden video camera allows you to really fine tune your admissions team.
