      I was lucky enough to stumble upon Northwestern Mutual at a University of Iowa career fair and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I was a part of the Top Internship in the USA. The Scott Zach Group District Network Office had the highest amount of premium sold out of all Northwestern Mutuals across the country. I was located in the Coralville, IA office as part of The University of Iowa's Team IOWA internship which was the #1 premium selling office within the Scott Zach Group DNO (which was #1 in the Nation) for 3 consecutive years. During this internship I grew largely as a professional. This is a very hands-on career path, as interns we would do the same things as the full-time financial representatives would. Mastering life-long personable skills as well as learning about making both life-insurance and financial service decisions was a huge part about this internship. When it comes to business, the client always comes first. Every decision I make as a financial representative, I would do for myself if I was in my clients shoes.
