I have known Dimple since 2013 when she joined my team as a Senior Programme and Project Management Specialist. Dimple took responsibility for managing many of the College of Policing's significant national change programmes, including the Integrity Programme which resulted in the successful launch of the national police Code of Ethics in April 2014. Dimple is highly professional, and consistently adheres to own her high standards and values - in particular integrity. She values the strength of collaborative team engagement and working to a common goal. She has strong communication skills - and at the College of Policing was highly regarded by her team, her peers and by a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders. As an example the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Constable regularly sought Dimple's advice and support in relation to the high profile programmes she worked on. Dimple takes her responsibilities very seriously and has consistently delivered within ambitious timescales at any cost; she regularly worked over and above the call of duty to get the job done. Dimple is mature in her approach to her tasks, and indeed to life in general. She is stalwart in supporting her colleagues, family and friends who regularly rely on Dimple's strength of character and mature approach to address and resolve issues. Dimple is one of the most professional, diligent, charismatic and trustworthy individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate in recommending Dimple. Any organisation would be much the richer for having her on board.

Programme Manager for the College of Policing's key strategic programmes:· Internal project management consultancy to the College’s Key Programmes Portfolio, including specialist planning and risk management and the setup of a PMO function.· Took on additional duties to support the College Transformation Portfolio to support the HR side of the Change Programme.· Introduced a ‘light touch’ tailored programme management methodology that was apt for the organisation whilst it was maturing as a professional body. This was highly valued by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Directors.· Produced consolidated monthly Portfolio Level progress report for the CEO and Directors, scrutinising the Programme/Project level reports in liaison with the Business Planning unit to ensure the KPI’s were on target to deliver.· Coached project teams in the application of specialist project tools, techniques and processes, providing advice, guidance and training as appropriate. · Identification of inter-project dependencies and coordinating effort to ensure an integrated plan and coherent approach.· Provision of benefit realisation expertise, facilitating the benefits process and to ensure that suitable targets, measures and dependencies are defined.· Establishment of Portfolio governance and reporting structures.· Ensured Quality Assurance was consistent across the Projects/Programmes, since the PMO was newly established it was imperative that its benefits were being seen early and the PMO viewed positively rather than a burdensome additional administrative function for the organisation.· Line management of nine PMO Specialists across 10 Change Programmes.
