      Played a key role in developing Lake Superior Consulting’s horizontal directional drilling (HDD) pipeline design and construction oversight services. Developed and implemented the engineering analyses spreadsheets, design packages and construction reporting tools for multiple applications of HDD pipeline installations. Maintained and initiated continuous improvements to functionality of all internal tools. Provided HDD construction oversight and consulting, serving as an onsite representative for ensuring installations were compliant with project and client requirements. This generated new clients and revenue, primarily within the sewer and waterline fields.  Developed necessary tools for providing design services for HDD installations utilizing unconventional geometries.
