During FY 2022 I have been proud to lead ‘Project Connect’, a significant cultural initiative which brought together two corporate worksites into one new, stylish, fresh and collaborative CBD office. 2022 has also been a time to celebrate the whole Epic team’s amazing commitment to progressing a whole of business Safety Culture Transformation program. Working in partnership with The Jonah Group, the initiative has supported team members to define and develop 2 degree shifts in behaviour, apply STEP Back for Safety mind sets, and focus education and resources on monthly themes designed to sustain and thrive the significant improvements achieved.
