John Tusch

Tania remains our chief assistant, and our most valuable professional in that role. She exhibits uncompromising professionalism and great personal warmth to our students, and has inspired dozens of our adults to begin their journey in Kung Fu. What really sets Tania apart, however, is her commitment and skill with students who have special needs. She is our "go to" person when making martial arts accessible to students on the Autism Spectrum, with learning disabilities, or with social or emotional challenges. She has a wealth of strategies to make them feel welcome, warm, capable, and inspired to persevere. Our studio has grown remarkably in the two years since we've opened. Without question, Tania continues to play a very significant role in that growth. I can recommend her without reservation. John Tusch Chief Instructor, Steve DeMasco's Shaolin Studios of Fairfield.
