It gives me great pleasure to be able to recognize, Russell IIejay, for the excellent service he provides at the main information desk in Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center. Russell is friendly and extremely professional to each and every patient, or visitor, who comes to the main desk for information on the hospital. Russell is the epitome of UCLA Healthcare's "CICARE" service to our staff and visitors when they approach him during the Saturdays we work together before I go to ER. He is the future of UCLA Healthcare as he finishes his college education and hopefully will move into positions which would utilize his excellent customer service skills and knowledge of UCLA Healthcare; along with the wonderful representation he serves at present in Ronald Reagan-UCLA. I look forward to watching Russell's career in UCLA Healthcare and the contributions he will make to UCLA.
