At Crosspoint I lead a staff team of 4 and a volunteer team of 40 to execute the production of Crosspoint’s weekend services. It is a fast paced environment that requires a quick 4 day turn around. I oversee the art and design, music planning and preparation, app and web design and implementation, camera operation, sound and lighting as well as the service workflow each week. Additionally I review our online service production to ensure the culture of Crosspoint is being seen each week.My role is more than to just get tasks done each week but to empower others to learn and grow so that I may not always be seen as the “Hero”. I also lead the band from the stage and lead worship for the church most weeks. My job is to prepare our team each week so we can remove the distractions and provide a high level of excellence so that people can see that God is relevant and available to them when they need Him most.
