Shift Supervisor

Oct 2018 - Oct 2019
This position requires knowledge of various positions including retail sales, event set up, private event catering, and others. In-depth knowledge of all products offered is necessary, as well as, knowledge of preparation and knowledge of the origins of the products. In just two months of working here, I had earned the employee of the month title. As a shift supervisor it was extremely important to have the ability to multitask, as not only was a set position being worked, but I was also in charge of guest interactions and ensuring other employees were doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Shift supervisors must have the skill of delegation, in order to create best work flow. Show less
