I've had the honor of having many managers in my career working my way up to a Senior Software Engineer with various companies. What stood out with Jaime as my engineering manager was his vast experience and ability to express his knowledge thoroughly to our team. It was evident right away that his vision for intelligent and high-level architecture was present. Under Jaime we were able to learn a new language, Ruby on Rails, and build a dynamic, complex video portal site in 2 months.
