Rick was my first introduction to BMS. He hired me as part of his team to help implement a centralized marketing automation platform. As a new IT manager, Rick provided me with some of the most pivotal guidance in my career and helped build my foundation. I will never forget the time he spent with me teaching me how to craft a killer powerpoint. I still remember his words today as I prepare many of my presentations - "what's the story you want to tell? Think about about the story and craft your presentation with that agenda in mind."
