Jairo es un excelente profesional en su trabajo, conocedor de los diferentes metodos de perforacion con los que trabajamos y del equipo de perforacion lo cual es muy raro de encontrar hoy en dia en su linea de trabajo. Durante los distintos pozos que perforamos con el como representante del cliente, se solucionaron los problemas en subsuelo que se encontraron y los tiempos de operacion fueron eficientes, ejerciendo siempre un control estadistico de los tiempos con el fin de impulsar a nuestro personal a alcanzar los limites technicos y mejorar sus capacidades.

He is always on top of his work as a drilling supervisor, also he has a very strong drilling engineering background which not every supervisor has. so far in the project the recorded well (fastest) was drilled by Jairo. I am highly so glad to work with Jairo.
