Matt helped lead Downtown Chicago Tesla Team to win the "Top Execution Award" for 2021 based on overall sales, customer experience, and direct delivery percentage. He Led the Tesla West loop location to a 10 point increase in CSAT score over the course of 6 months, resulting in our highest CSAT score in the store's history for the second half of 2021. He also helped leaded the team to a new store record for vehicle deliveries in Q2 of 2022.Matt managed our sales advisors to achieve the highest 7 day close rate in the entire Greater Chicago/Upper Midwest Region throughout 2021, and helped achieve a store record for highest gross orders during a quarter. He also had driven a high productivity amongst the sales advisors, and had 3 sales advisors within the top 10% of vehicle orders throughout Q3 2021, Q4 2021, and Q1 of 2022. Matt was able to achieve an outstanding Q3 of 2022, having 5/6 of his sales advisors in the top 10 of the region for net orders.
