Of all of the agile organizations I've worked in Luvo's was by far the best. A big part of that was Mina. She has an amazing ability to balance the strategic and longer range planning skills of a traditional PM with the more tactical day-to-day, on the fly decision making of a Scrum master. I'm convinced she would flourish in a tiny startup or vast complex corporation given her unique blend of skills.
