Bio
Herman Tidmore
I have known Rebecca Raines since October 2006. When she worked for me I consider her one of my top employees. She is hard working, dependable, and has a positive attitude toward her job responsibilities. She makes decisions on her own, takes initiative, and is always willing to help anyone that needs assistance. Rebecca strengths are many but there are some that stand out. She is a great team member. Her enthusiasm helps those around her get excited about what they are going to work on. You can give her directions and she will follow though. Her ability to arrange the work in the most productive order strengthens her ability to stay on track. Rebecca prioritizes her work and then gets it done. I have watched Rebecca learn how to do a job and then ask to learn more. She isn’t satisfied to just take her knowledge and sit on it. She wants to take it and use it to continuously improve on herself and her work procedures and environment. She develops close relationships and enjoys working hard with friends to achieve a goal. Rebecca is also a leader, when she sees the need for direction she steps in and takes the lead. She likes to get things done. Her fellow employees know her high standards. She expects the same quality and quantity of work from everyone on the team. Another strength she has is taking initiative. She will see something that needs to be done and either do it, ask to do it, or ask others to help her get it done. Rebecca does not sit around waiting for someone to tell her what she should do next. I know that with this strength she has prevented many problems in our work place.
