In my career I have employed and worked alongside hundreds of people. Whilst finding people with solid, functional, role related skills is always difficult, finding people who are exuberant, resilient, competent in their role and can inspire others is nigh on impossible! Joel is all of these. Despite his work with House of Kaizen being his first official operations role, what Joel lacked in experience, he made up for via politeness, intelligence and a genuine drive to want to make things better.
