  Citizens Advice is the charity which aims to provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities while promoting equality and challenging discrimination. Furthermore, they are involved in the improvement of policies and practices which affect people´s lives. As a gateway assessor, I was responsible for the gateway assessment process. My role was to identify individual problems of a client. By doing so, I could identify wider social policy and discrimination issues which should have been further addressed. I provided assisted information, explained next steps for clients and recorded interviews by updating the CAB database. We used "Case Management" programme.
