As an Export Sales Manager I am responsible for the Market Development and the Enhancement of the distribution channels for the following geographical areas: - Latin America - Mexico - United States I develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies. I work directly with our clients (Distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers, etc.) managing their product portfolio, pricing strategy and promotional activities. Working closely with each customer helps us reinforce the Clementoni brand recognition and boost our products' presence along the territory. In the end I maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services. Part of my tasks involve on site visit to each customer and their facilities, as well as annual participation to all international Toy Fairs and events. In this way I am able to gather feedback from the on everything from market trends to new business opportunities.
