I’ve worked with Tomek in 2 companies - codequest and fieldly and during this time I’ve learnt a lot from him. From my very beginnings he was a helpful mentor, who could inspire and direct me. He never rejected someone’s opinion just because he/she was a junior which had a great positive impact on our cooperation and on my later career. I’ve learnt from him to speak up my mind, show my ideas from early stage. He is a great developer with very wide technical knowledge, open-minded, constantly learning new things and applying them skillfully in his projects. I admire him the most for his leadership skills. That’s a kind of leader that I would always want to work with- with great soft skills, empathy who has an ability to build strong and friendly team. He motivates to not be afraid to take the risk, emphasize all team’s achievements and analyze constructively with a team if something goes wrong so team won’t do same mistake again. He also contributes to Rails community by mentoring on Rails Girls events. He is a role model for me and I wish I'll have the possibility to work with him again:)
