Bio
Rachel McKenna, CPA
I had the privilege of working with Josh when we took Financial Statement Analysis together in fall 2018. He was studying for the CFA exam while going to school full-time, and he still fully committed to our group project. Josh proactively looked for ways to advance the project we were working on, making the workload more manageable for myself and our other team member. He worked with enthusiasm, adding onto our project immediately after our once-a-week, three-hour class on a regular basis. Also, his love for learning shone over the course of our project. He voluntarily took the lead on our DCF analysis for the practice, and he made sure to ask questions about concepts that were new to him, allowing everyone in the group to learn together. Additionally, he genuinely cares for other people he interacts with. He took the time to get to know each member of the group when I worked with him, and he made the experience a positive one. I am confident that Josh would be a phenomenal addition to any team. He puts the time in to get the work done, is proactive in doing what he can to contribute, even if it is new to him, and as a people-oriented person, he also makes sure that his team members feel supported.
