Joe joined my team in support of a legacy application needing to be migrated to cloud. Joe was responsible for unpacking the application code of the legacy application and modernizing certain aspect of the code to adapt for cloud migration. Joe's work has been excellent and the client respects Joe's opinion and input. Joe's communication style has benefited the team in being able to ascertain key information needed from external groups.
