Han served as my intern at Migration and Refugee Services (MRS) March to July 2018. Across my experience with interns, I can’t remember another one with a more well-rounded set of age-appropriate competencies. She is highly self-motivated and works creatively with a minimum of guidance, while at the same time follows direction. Han works very well as part of a team but doesn’t bristle if multiple responsibilities fall on her exclusively. She organizes her time well and plans with efficiency in mind. She was universally liked and respected by MRS colleagues and executives. People and relationships are important to her. I can confidently attest to her intellectual curiosity and liberality (in the classic sense). She is idealistic (but not strident), a critical thinker, and an excellent writer and public presenter. She would be an asset to any organization.
