I worked with Fred Ellen several years ago at Ditch Witch of Virginia. Luckly, we have remained in contact over the years. When I first started working with Fred he was new to the sales world and our equipment. However, he proved to be a quick learner who was self motivated and not afraid to take on any of the challenges that were thrown at him. I am still asked today about him by various customers of our company who he interacted with during his time with us. That is quite a compliment from the people he served. Fred left Ditch Witch of Virginia with well wishes and knowing he would be missed. He was a admirable co-worker and a true contributer to the success of sales territory.
