I've worked with Sloan over the past several years and can say that she has been a pleasure to work with. Over my history I've worked with many designers but none have come close to the level of care about the user experience that Sloan exhibits on a daily basis. She is meticulous about her work and, while taking pride in everything she does, will also listen to others and take constructive feedback. Her designs have been and continue to be clean, beautiful, and easy to use. She is particularly well suited to the mobile environment as she is always considering how best to limit what is shown to a user to provide a streamlined, easy to use path while also allowing those users that feel the need to can drive into more detailed information as they desire.
