I worked with Antoine during my time at Xerox Canada where he supported myself and my sales team as a Professional Services Consultant. Antoine displayed a level of expertise in every aspect of his role, and always went above and beyond to ensure customers were beyond satisfied with both their purchase and experience. He was never afraid to think out of the box and always found a way to get to a solution for customers. He was dependable, and if you saw Antoine's name attached to anything that affected your day to day, you knew you and your customer were in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Antoine for any future roles.

I hired ANtoine after a very short interview in a Hotel room in Montreal. In addition to his experience and skills it was his enthusiasm and the great lengths he went to, to explain things to me that caught my attentiopn and made me think he would be a great fit in my Customer Software Support Group at Xerox. I had the pleasure of managing Antoine for several years and every time I saw him I was reminded of the day I took a leap of faith and made a great decision. He is an incredibly fast learner and became the lead on several software solutions in a few months. What makes him unique is that along with his software and programming skills he has an intense focus on managing a Customer. Having been one for many years and on the other side of that phone he truly understands what Customers are looking for from a Technical Support Group. When troubleshooting issues or looking for solutions, he is able to simultaneously look at the overall picture and also the finer details undersdtanding the impact it has on a Customers Business or Operation and goes the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction. He is driven, motivated, a self starter and a team player with a hunger for continuous learning and improvement. He is a natural collaborator and readily shares knowledge for the betterment of the team he is a part of. He will be an asset to any organization

I am a very lucky guy, and deeply grateful. Since I joined Procurify I've worked with folks who were both skillful, trustworthy and fun to be around. My roles eventually mutated to this pm role in a natural way. I'm still one of the main contact points for our API. Having a part in growing our API to delight our customers even more is something I just can't stop smiling about, though. In my previous role I was also an escalation point for Support for all things integrations. In this role, I will work towards growing our outbound integrations, like NetSuite, and others to come. The PM role I now have is all about bridge-building between various software systems... however, building bridge with people is what matters most, what we remember and what makes us smile every day 😀

This role enables me to start and lead the API Services department wherein we use our API to provide solutions and service that extend the feature set of Procurify via a consultative approach. Thanks to Grant and many who led the non technical part of getting this department created and to the leadership for their buy in.

This is a new role for Procurify and as such I am building it as I go. If anything this role is about leveraging technical and people skills to build bridges between our system, our API, and theirs. The main requirement is being able to put yourself in their shoes, see their vision and be their champion they trust; while at the same time understanding the details at the code level to be able to provide proper guidance to the coders and communicate effectively with our own engineering team. I get engaged in all kinds of integration escalations, from NetSuite SuiteScript issues to QuickBooks, etc. Teamwork is critical and with the team we have here I feel lucky to work in a place like this.

Fulfilling a wedding vow I made in Montreal we moved to China for a few years so the kids could learn Mandarin. We started an English school that grew to around three hundred students. The growth stopped with the shortcoming of qualified teachers. We moved back to Canada after a few wonderful years. Mission accomplished! Being multilingual, having a strong technical background while at the same time having effective people skills made me take on an opportunity in Toronto, at the head office of Xerox Canada. The role was primarily to support a set of production level presses and related software. I become soon thereafter the national trainer for the web to print offering and started traveling all over Canada. I wrote technical documentation and training material while at the same time ensuring proper follow-ups with our customers to ensure total satisfaction. I resigned my position for personal reason and went overseas and eventually was offered a role at Xerox when I came back.

This role was quite interesting as it required someone with marketing and sales skills while at the same time someone who had the technical skills to deliver product demos and implementations. Being that this was the start of the production digital printing era for this company, there was a definite requirement to be able to wear many hats. Built, marketed and funded (partly by government) a peer-to-peer rendering software initially working with the main 3d rendering system back then. This was a great learning experience on all aspects of running a business. What we provided was eventually built-in the software.
