I link clients with chronic illnesses and co-occurring behavioral health conditions to services.Former Opioid Prevention Grant. I work closely with employers to review and construct policies for their employees. I also coordinate with worksites to provide educational presentations to staff members in regards to opioids. Former program manager of the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP). This program is intended to reduce teen pregnancy and STIs in the Bear River Health District. I am responsible for the development of program goals and objectives, completion of reports to the Utah Department of Health, monitor the program budget, and accomplishment of the work plan. I am also a tobacco prevention and control support staff. I am an Ending Nicotine Dependence class facilitator and endeavor to develop tobacco policies and plans at worksites, community settings, and health care providers. A key part of my role is to link the community to tobacco cessation services. Formerly a suicide prevention program support staff. I am trained to teach the Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) curriculum.
