I am pleased to present this recommendation for Danielle Rich, a student in a recent Staffing in Organizations graduate course at Webster University. During the nine week course, Ms. Rich was extremely engaging during the class - not only presenting challenging HR situations, but sharing her experiences in resolving challenging workplace situations. She possesses very strong communication skills and others around her would seek her guidance on course topics they found difficult. Ms. Rich provided timely and detailed homework assignments, and never missed a deadline. Her knowledge of HR issues and topics is strong and I would not be hesitant to recommend Ms. Rich to work in an HR role.
