  My PhD research was in the fields of Numerical Linear Algebra and Matrix Theory. I developed new numerical methods for eigenvalue problems, performed the first error analysis of a well-established eigenvalue algorithm, and applied some of my findings to the field of structural mechanics. My research resulted in five publications in prominent journals, two of which were single-authored.
