När man behöver honom så finns han där, vill du planera eller bollar ideer och utmaningar så är det Dick man ska vända sig till. Han är en mycket bra lyssnare och har hög närvaro med sin personal. Att beslut ska gå fort kan kännas självklart men förhastade beslut kan bli en dålig start, Dick är en noggrann och analytisk person som gärna filar på detaljerna och följer sina processer nära, han är däremot inte rädd för att lägga i högsta växeln. En mycket bra kollega och chef!

Jag har haft förmånen att samarbeta med Dick i olika sammanhang. Ett av de större samarbetena handlade om att leverera en bemanningslösning till lagerverksamheten där Dick var chef.
