I had the pleasure of working with Alex during his time at Carrier. From his first days as part of the team, he proved his interest in learning a new field (HVAC) and becoming a contributor to our success. I found Alex to be inquisitive and the questions he asked showed that he was considering not only the way things had been done previously — but, more importantly, whether better ways might exist that would merit exploring. It was rewarding to see his growth as an individual and as a contributor during the time we worked together. As his knowledge of our field grew, so did his confidence. In addition, I never heard anyone who didn’t agree that Alex was always early to offer support and to provide assistance when asked. For these reasons, I whole heartedly recommend Alex to any company looking for a conscientious contributor who works hard to learn and then apply that knowledge to the tasks involved in making a company better.
